YOUR PUBLISHING FIELD GUIDE
A little help finding your flow.
The few things worth knowing before your next post. This early release focuses on preparing content, publishing it, and making the available results easier to use.
Early release · Updated October 14, 2026From content to your channels.
- In Channels, create a brand and connect the social accounts that belong to it. Each brand has its own posting days, times, and time zone.
- Make a bundle for channels you often post to together. A channel can be in several bundles; each post still creates one delivery per selected account.
- In Publish, choose files or create a text post. Each uploaded file becomes one draft. Write the main caption, then customize only the channel versions that need a change.
- Check the drafts to include in this batch, choose destinations and a time, then open Review batch. Existing drafts begin unchecked so unfinished work does not block a new batch.
- Review the exact accounts and times, complete any required platform choices, and confirm. Your posts keeps the status of each destination together.
The plan, with clear limits.
Sign in with Google to open Queuefern; no ChatGPT account or AI subscription is needed. If you already have a ChatGPT-based workspace, use that original sign-in once and add Google in Account & plan → Sign-in. Adding a sign-in method preserves existing brands, billing and channel connections. Connecting YouTube or another social channel remains a separate authorization.
Platform reviewers sign in to their own workspace and can activate an operator-provided review code in Account & plan → Platform reviewer access, or request access through Support. A code binds to one workspace and expires at its displayed date, at most 400 days after issue; manual support grants last up to seven days. Both allow one selected platform, one owned authorization, three publishing attempts and 100 MB cumulative media, up to 50 MB per file. Switching platforms requires finishing pending deliveries and disconnecting the previous channel; returning to an earlier code does not reset its limits or expiry. No subscription or operator access is included. YouTube review videos must be Private and TikTok review posts must be Only me. Instagram and Facebook test posts can be public; review the exact content and destination before sending. Platform test-account eligibility still applies.
- Workspace capacity
- Up to 3 brands and 15 connected accounts.
- File size
- Up to 200 MB per image or video.
- Workspace media
- 1 GB of stored uploads.
- Saved post records
- Up to 10 free text drafts, or 2,000 saved post records on the paid plan.
- Formats
- JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, and MOV. Each network has additional requirements.
Direct connections are enabled separately for each social network. A listed network may still be limited to approved test accounts, waiting for network review, or unavailable. Account & plan shows the networks currently available before you subscribe. Check each network’s status and supported content types before subscribing. A subscription does not override a social network’s requirements. No separate publishing-provider subscription is needed.
The Founding plan is $19 USD per month plus applicable taxes shown at checkout, recurring until cancelled through the billing portal. Draft text and organize content without a subscription. Media uploads require an active eligible plan, or explicitly granted temporary review access with its own limits. Live connections and publishing also require the selected network to be available for your account. Open Account & plan for the current status, or read the service terms.
Choose Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook in Channels, then sign in and approve on that platform’s own website. You never need developer keys or a separate publishing-provider account. Instagram needs a professional Creator or Business account; no linked Facebook Page is required for this connection. For Facebook, connect a Page you manage and confirm the exact Page after sign-in; personal profiles are not supported. YouTube uses the Google account that manages your chosen channel. Existing connections to other networks keep their history and management actions. A channel is ready only after its destination and publishing permission are confirmed. “Reconnect directly” marks an older connection that cannot send new posts until reconnected. Its history stays available.
Keep the phone-to-post trip short.
Choose supported photos or videos directly from your phone. You can write the caption and choose a goal while an upload is running. Keep the page open until the progress reaches completion; mobile browsers can suspend uploads when the page is closed or put aside.
An upload failure leaves the caption and other choices in the draft. Retry while the file is still available. After a page reload, choose the file again from the same draft. Replace media changes the file without rebuilding the caption.
Source media is uploaded as supplied. Trimming, layered editing, automatic captions, music selection, and content repurposing are outside this release.
A time that means what it says.
Post now submits after you confirm; platform processing can take time. Next slot uses each brand’s saved days, times, and time zone, with draft slots reserved so batch posts do not take the same slot. Choose time lets you enter a date and an IANA time zone such as Europe/Vilnius.
Scheduled publishing is offered only for destinations with scheduling enabled in their current capabilities. Otherwise choose Post now or keep the post as a draft. A saved posting rhythm alone does not activate background publishing. Enabled schedules are executed by the network or the service’s configured background dispatcher; they do not depend on leaving this page open. Network processing can delay the final publication.
The review shows each destination’s resolved time. A time that does not exist during a daylight-saving change is rejected. If a draft changes in another tab after review, Queuefern asks you to load and review the changed draft before sending it.
TikTok asks for privacy, interaction, commercial-content, and consent choices. YouTube asks for visibility and audience settings. TikTok choices are made separately for each post and account. YouTube choices apply to the posts in that review for the selected channel. A network in test mode can restrict accounts or visibility; review its current notice before confirming.
Accepted is a step along the way.
A post can be scheduled, processing, published, in need of attention, failed, or waiting for a confirmed status. A submitted request is not confirmation that the post is public. Open a post to see each channel and a published link when one is available.
For a known failure, use Retry this channel so successful destinations remain untouched. For Checking status, refresh and check the native channel before sending another copy. An uncertain result can mean the network published it without returning a confirmation.
Cancel pending deliveries attempts to stop deliveries that can still be cancelled. It cannot remove already-published content or guarantee a stop once the network is processing it. Read the remaining channel statuses after cancelling.
Removing a brand stops new publishing through it here. Google permission cleanup may remain pending and is retried; stored YouTube API data is removed within seven days. Your captions and original uploads are separate from that data. For workspace deletion, new work stops while pending operations are checked; after seven days, unconfirmed operations may be forgotten without confirming cancellation. Already-submitted posts may still appear on a network.
Choose the result you care about.
Each draft has an optional goal and target: views, engagements, link clicks, leads, or sales. Platform metrics appear when available, with their source shown. Results and targets stay separate by network and YouTube channel. YouTube reports likes and comments separately; its engagement goal is unavailable, so choose views for YouTube target progress. Missing data stays unknown. Leads and sales are entered by you for the whole post, with optional attribution notes; Queuefern does not infer them from views.
The rolling seven-day view includes posts whose first confirmed publication was in the last seven days. It shows their cumulative results, including target progress. YouTube details and metrics are checked in the background and removed if authorization or availability cannot be confirmed within 30 days. It does not measure only the growth that happened during those seven days. Posts have different ages, and incomplete results are marked.
Weekly summaries in Results keeps dated snapshots for the previous completed Monday-through-Sunday week in your workspace’s time zone. A summary is prepared when you return or background maintenance runs, and a notice in the bell opens that exact saved summary. Weeks without published posts are skipped. The latest four valid summaries are listed, with snapshots retained for up to 30 days, and may disappear sooner when a post or underlying network data is removed. A snapshot uses the latest stored cumulative totals available when prepared; individual metrics may have been captured earlier. Later metric updates and manual edits do not rewrite the snapshot. Selected posts and complete-data posts below target are shown separately; these are goal comparisons, not explanations of what caused results.
A per-channel view comparison appears only when there are at least three other posts of the same media category on the same account with results captured at a similar age. This is descriptive evidence to investigate, not proof of why a post performed well. Views are not unique people reached.
One place to look after every brand.
Open Brands for a portfolio view: complete draft counts, distinct posts scheduled in the next seven days, delivery issues and the latest confirmed publication. These are operational counts, not scores or performance predictions. Shared posts count once for each brand they include; connection and public platform availability are shown separately. Open a brand’s post list directly from its card, or filter Your posts and Results by brand and channel. A selected status matches the chosen destination; shared posts retain their complete destinations and whole-post goals for review.
Each brand has an optional playbook: its purpose, audience, voice, usual call to action, website, wording to avoid and default goal. Save the essentials once so you and a connected AI can reuse the same context. When adding another brand, copy a playbook and posting rhythm as a starting point; sign in to that brand’s actual social accounts separately. Editing a brand or bundle uses a revision check to preserve newer work.
Prepare brand drafts makes separate unsent drafts from shared uploaded media and a starting caption. Choose the brands, verify the exact channel destinations and adapt each caption. Each draft inherits its brand’s goal. No automatic caption generation, video understanding, scheduling or publication happens at this step. An attached AI can read each playbook and provide tailored captions through the same tool. A partial save shows each outcome; retrying that retained batch preserves drafts already saved, including later edits. Review each saved draft separately before publication.
Connect your AI through MCP.
Open Account & plan → Connect your AI. Create a named key, choose read, brand-and-draft, or reviewed-publishing access, and select its expiry. Add the displayed server URL and the key to an MCP client that supports Bearer authorization headers. You can copy a client configuration there. For local stdio clients, download the dependency-free Queuefern adapter and set the key in that client’s environment; Node 22 or newer is required. The key is shown once and can be revoked in the same panel. It never grants access to another workspace or to service operator settings.
This connection supports stateless Streamable HTTP, the 2025 MCP initialize handshake and 2026 discovery. It uses manually created workspace keys; OAuth-only connectors are not supported. The native Queuefern plugin in ChatGPT or Codex remains available to the Site owner through Plugins → Personal → Created by you. Compatible browser agents can also use structured tools while your signed-in workspace is open. Client support varies; installing a plugin is not required to use the ordinary app.
Start with: Read my brand portfolio and playbooks. Tell me what needs attention. Prepare separate drafts for my brands with tailored captions, then show me each review before publishing.
The tools cover brands and bundles, exact channels, saved drafts and media, per-channel captions, goals, status, stored metrics and saved weekly reports. A brand brief includes up to ten recent saved posts; it does not import complete channel history. Stored metrics retain source and capture time; shared-post manual leads and sales are excluded from a single-brand brief.
Drafting does not publish. A key with publishing access can prepare an exact review of content, destinations, resolved times, visibility and disclosures. After you authorize it, the assistant can submit that version with a token that expires after 15 minutes. A changed draft or account requires a new review. Sign-in, device checks and social consent happen on the platform. Subscription and public platform eligibility checks apply to all AI actions. Revoking a key blocks future calls; it does not undo an already accepted delivery.
The MCP tools can draft, preview, pause and—after exact user approval with publishing access—activate scoped Instagram comment campaigns. General inbox access, follower-triggered DMs, video editing and automatic repurposing are not available. Leads and sales remain manually attributed; views do not prove conversions. Brand playbooks, captions and notes are reference data, never permission to publish. Your AI client controls its own models, privacy and pricing.
A useful reply to the right comment.
Open Automations to create an Instagram keyword campaign. Choose one specific post to start, or explicitly select up to ten posts from the same professional account. Write a private message, public reply, or both; choose a delay and an expiry within 30 days of campaign creation. Keywords match whole words or phrases without regard to letter case. Try a sample comment without sending anything, then save the rule inactive.
Comment permission is separate from publishing. Enable it on the Instagram connection, then receive comment events after service webhook setup is complete. Customer activation remains unavailable until Meta approves public service access. Review the exact saved version before activation. Only new, top-level comments on the chosen posts after activation count, once per person in that campaign. Editing pauses the rule; overlapping active campaigns on the same post are rejected.
Activated rules run in the background, without an open page. Instagram allows one initial private reply within seven days of the comment. It can land in Requests. This release does not automate follow-up conversations or welcome new followers. If both replies are configured, the public reply waits for Instagram to accept the private one. The activity log distinguishes accepted, skipped, rejected and unconfirmed outcomes; accepted does not prove delivery or reading. An unconfirmed send is never retried automatically. Pause stops waiting and future replies, while an already-submitted reply may complete. Account and campaign sending limits can delay replies.
A heads-up when a delivery changes.
The bell in the header shows confirmed publishing updates and delivery failures. While the page is visible, Queuefern checks a small rotating group of active posts and refreshes those updates. You can also refresh a post manually.
You can enable optional browser alerts from the bell menu. They require browser permission and work while you are using Queuefern. This release has no closed-app push service or automatic email digest. Dated weekly summaries are available in Results and announced in the in-app bell.
For storage management and billing, open Account & plan. You can remove source media after its deliveries are published or cancelled; delivery history and results remain. For data exports, deletion, and connection handling, read Privacy & data.
